Their vision is shaped their believes where they see every child whether normal or has disability, is a gift from God and they should all have equal opportunity to live their full potential.

A World Free from Torture
This vision was formulated due to no special care or treatment accorded to persons who have undergone torture and cruel inhumane degrading treatment. This kind of suffering might not be easily explained in the main stream health care due to its sensitivity and needs health care provider who have been trained to handle such conditions.
