I would focus on the Reach since it ensures on adequate representation of the population at large in the same area basing on this scenario they are all within the same location and implantation is also within the the same participants.
2. What indicators will you use to monitor the success of the intervention on an ongoing basis? What steps will you take to ensure adequate monitoring and evaluation of the intervention?
