I am Emmanuel Jacob, A Tanzania Physiotherapist with over 5 years of clinical experience at Muhimbili Orthopedic Institute.
It is such an honor to be part of the 3rd Cohort of the Global Rehabilitation Leadership Institute, GLRI2024.
I am passionate and committed to innovating local assistive products for people with disability from less-resourced communities.

My expectations are:
Learning more about rehabilitation and leadership for sustainable change.
Being able to translate the knowledge into implementable projects.
An opportunity to network with experts from different parts of the globe.

I am Smriti Suwal from Kathmandu Nepal working as a Deputy Chief of Party in USAID Physical Rehabilitation Activity (PRA) implemented by Handicap International Nepal.
I bring more than 12 years of work experience in promoting rehabilitation through system thinking approach and continuum of care.
By profession I am a physiotherapist.

I am Atim Juliet Sharon, A Medical Social Worker by profession, working with the Department of Community Health, Disability Division, Ministry of Health , Uganda.
It is such an honor to be part of the 3rd Cohort of the Global Rehabilitation Leadership Institute, GLRI2024.
I am passionate in working with the division of disability, in advocacy and bridging the gap thereof for sustainable growth and development.

My expectations are:
Acquiring more skills and management in rehabilitation
How to manage rehabilitation amidst limited resources available
Learning more about rehabilitation and leadership for sustainable change.

I am Tshering Penjor, working as a Physiotherapist here at national referral hospital, Bhutan. This is my 7th year in the service. The expectations that I have after completing this course would be acquiring some leadership quality and skills to work and involve multidisciplinary teams to work together.
