Due to social ecological factor most of patients unable to attend required rehabilitation services at early stages of stroke management that contribute to delaying of stroke recovery that increase number of disabled people in a community
If community health worker empowered with the skills of managing stroke/other disorders and assigned with their household to conduct rehab service will ensure our country to obtain universal health coverage and reduce the burden of stroke/injury/trauma or other related rehabilitation issues
