In Uganda 709/100,000male and 506/100000 Female are living with chronic health conditions(WHO 2023),approximately 4.5 million Ugandans live with some form of disability and hence a development concern(UBOS 2016)
According to the 2022 Uganda Police Force Annual report the country registered 20,394 road accidents and this number shot higher compared to 17,443 registered in 2021.out of every 100 cradshes,22 people died while 61% of all road accidents were a result of reckless driving.
