At the policy level: the guidelines on rehabilitation, protocols of intervention, the strategic plan if available…
At the services provider level: the HR, availability of services, the Rehab tools, the structure of the tools…
At the User level: satisfaction about the services, functional level, barriers to accessing the services…
we need to check for the primary and secondary databases and then go deep into the analysis of the data to help in the identification of proper interventions related to the community’s needs inform the policymakers and advocate for the community’s needs.
I will focus on the MDT as it is one of my favorite parts and I was supported in that area in Jordan and HI is still ongoing enhancing the implementation of MDT in Jordan.
