My opinion is that leadership can indeed be taught and developed. This view is supported by the success of many leadership development programs and the stories of individuals who have become effective leaders through deliberate effort and learning. Both nature and nurture play important roles, and the most effective leaders possess a combination of innate traits and learned skills.
