Leadership is a science like any other science and arts. Based on individual thinking, acquiring knowledge, and practicing make us a good leader or otherwise. Yes, natural talent is important, and the way you grow up and the culture in which you have been played a great role in having a type of leadership. In my understanding, the reason why leadership training is provided is to develop individuals to have the required level of leadership quality. Yes when we look at the principles of leadership, we understand how people can grow to the best level of leader. As I said before, naturally gifted individuals can learn, understand and adopt good qualities of leadership. When we see those equalities of leadership in a person who nevenr joind modern schoo, we may think he is natural bonr as a leader.
