My names are Berina Kamahoro, the Regional Coordinator for ReLAB-HS based in Eastern Uganda ,when i think of rehabilitation, the first words that comes in mind is the difficulties health workers go through to bring back a patient with physical limitations, very dysfunctional back to normal function. This is because rehabilitation in the country is currently offered at tertiary health institutions with access challenges, and highly commercialized AT provision in private health facilities.
