In my observation, only physiotherapists are in greater coverage in Tanzania (even though they are not fully in primary healthcare). There are very fer orthotists and occupational therapists. There is also a serious absence of assistive technologists and assistive devices. Speech and language therapists are just an expected service which is currently introduced in the biggest (consultant hospitals) in Tanzania
