Mr. Khaskheli is a certified humanitarian professional working in humanitarian and development sector since 1997 focusing on inclusive humanitarian program design, inclusive preparedness & response, and inclusive disaster risk management. He also worked for community development sectors including Education, Health, Environment, Human Rights, organizational management and capacity building. He has been involved at the senior managerial level positions in different organizations. He has done double master’s degree in chemistry and in Sociology clubbed with many diploma and certificate courses including Building a Better Response from Humanitarian Academy at Harvard University, Disaster Risk Management from World bank, Climate Change from Melbourne University Australia, Gender mainstreaming in emergency response from UNWOMEN and Disaster & Ecosystem – Resilience in a Changing Climate from UNEP & Cologne University of Applied Sciences. He is a certified Humanitarian worker from Humanitarian U and got Core Humanitarian Certification. He has a sound record of achievements in inclusive humanitarian, inclusive Disaster Risk Management and development sector for carried out challenging tasks and assignments in specific time span. He initiated his professional career in development sector by joining LEAD Pakistan in ESRA/USAID funded project Democratized Education Management & Ownership - DEMO Project as a Social Mobilizer and then promoted as Team Leader & Taluka/Tehsil Coordinator. He then promoted as Coordinator – Monitoring & Evaluation for DEMO Project. He then engaged as Project Coordinator in LEAD Pakistan to coordinate its two projects “Youth Forum funded by British Council” and “Women Employment Concerns Funded by ILO”. He groomed his career by proving himself a good professional and joined Marie Stopes Society Pakistan as a senior level management position of Project Manager in European Commission’s funded Project ““Improvement of Maternal and Reproductive Health among Low Income Women in Pakistan through partnership with Government and Community”. He then joined HelpAge International as Program Manager for Sindh province in 2012. He promoted as Program Manager – Humanitarian and Resilience in 2017 at head office Islamabad for management of Humanitarian, DRM and Climate Change related program running in the country. Mr. Khaskheli is responsible for program design, planning and implementation of country level humanitarian, DRM, and climate resilience program in Pakistan with additional global tasks. Mr. Khaskheli has sound skills of designing, planning, implementation, monitoring & Evaluation, report writing, data analysis, documentation, format design, communication, leadership, team building, group/CBO formation, training, stakeholder management and community mobilization. He has expertise in project management, Inclusive Emergency Preparedness, and response, Inclusive DRM, climate resilience and sustainable development. He is expert in people centered planning and implementation of inclusive humanitarian response by following humanitarian standards, inclusion standards, principles and cross cutting themes including gender, age, disability, climate change and protection.
