Leaders are both born and made

One could be born a leader, but may not even realize. They need to be nurtured to develop the innate leadership attributes.

It is a nice observation and one of the arguments commonly raised. My question is how do we know a leader is born? from day one or after the completion of high school or after being nominated in the community to work?

Leaders are both born and made indeed.
For one to be called a good leader, they need a combination of traits to make them “whole” and refined. This brings in the aspect of experience, human nature is so dynamic, without experience in the management field, only in born traits cannot handle.
One needs experience and lessons attached, blended in with in born traits, to journey through this profession. thus Leaders are both and made.
