In my country, most of the rehabilitation programs are implemented by government and private health facilities. Most of the INGOs and CBOs are focused on dealing with humanitarian and development programs. That good thing, those interventions done by INGOs and CBS highly contribute indirectly to addressing rehabilitation programs as well. I think it is very important to involve rehabilitation services to bring community resilience by building the capacity of the health system at the national and sub-national levels.

Yes, rehabilitation is required for people with one or more conditions. The best approach should be to consider prevention as a primary solution. So prevention is also taken as a means to avoid factors exposed to loss or conditions.

It is a nice observation and one of the arguments commonly raised. My question is how do we know a leader is born? from day one or after the completion of high school or after being nominated in the community to work?

I think the leader could have a high IQ level which enables them to understand the situation. This is the same for other professionals and it is not exceptional for leaders. some people use their natural gifts in the best way they can and others may not use their natural gifts even though they are intelligent. Exercise/practice and exposure can make them intelligent inborn and considered as a natural gift. So it is very important to look at all directions.

rehabilitation is indeed a proper way of managing the injury that occurred due to an accident. it helps to reduce disability and bring back the affected part of the individual/individuals to the initial condition so the affected part of the body can give it function. Rehabilitation is provided by trained personnel within existing health institutions. However, the rehabilitation service is not well established at health facilities and is not also reintegrated from the point of its importance. It is very important to develop an understanding of the importance of rehabilitation to bring back well-being and productive life for the affected individuals. though rehabilitation is an important component of service to be included in the health system, it is still not recognized and given the necessary resources to function in existing health systems, especially in developing countries.
